Asha Kiran India sponsors the education & clothing of 111 primary, high school and
college students. 35 of these beneficiaries were funded by Asha Kiran USA. |

Asha Kiran India proviedes partial sponsorship and guidance for 27 professional students
including engineering, medical, nursing and computer engineering students, and xx of these are through Asha Kiran USA. |

As of Dec 2007 Asha Kiran India had 60 sponsorships from India, USA, UK, Germany, Switzerland
and UAE, including two lifetime sponsorships and one sponsorship of education of 5 children per year. 31 of
these sponsorships were through Asha Kiran USA including the sponsorship of 5 children per year. |

Asha Kiran India, with support from Asha Kiran USA, established an Ashakiran module
in Bellary, Karnataka to cater to students from Bellary, Chitradurga in Karnataka and Rayadurga in Andhra Pradesh |

Asha Kiran India, with the help of funds from Asha Kiran USA, established a scheme for full
sponsorship of students studying in professional courses from poor families |

With the support of Asha Kiran USA's sponsors, Asha Kiran India provided sponsorship and guidance
to 20 students who passed out from various courses. Most of them are now gainfully employed |

Apart from the above achievements, Asha Kiran India also established a contact in the UK and
provided shelters for two homeless families with a contribution of approximately Rs.20,000 |
